YOGA TREK NEPAL

The small Himalayan country of Nepal is full of wonders from the beautiful and grand nature with the top of the world, to the vibrant traditions and spirituality that convey people’s daily life. This trip is a unique opportunity to combine trekking, yoga, and well-being in this very holy and sacred land. Throughout the journey, you will be taken off classic touristic tracks thanks to Dipesh’s passion for his country of origin. You will have the amazing opportunity to meet local people and experience their daily life.
HIMALAYAN TREK
During our trek, we will be exploring authentic Nepal. Surrounded by the mountains, we will walk in nature and witness typical village life.
You will feel connected to your body physically, but also connected to your soul thanks to the fresh air from the top of the world's mountains.
You will be amazed by the warm hospitality of the people and the simplicity of their life. This will be an inspirational opportunity to gauge your lifestyle and your purpose in life. This will definitely be a fulfilling experience for all of us.
We will spend 5 nights - 6 days in the mountains and trek for 4 to 6 hours every day.
We will be staying in guest houses in the villages and eating local food.
YOGA AND MEDITATION
You might find it unusual to practice yoga and meditation at a higher altitude. This might help you elevate your consciousness.
A day of hiking in the Himalayas might be physically challenging but our meditation or yoga practice will help you to breathe and make you stronger both physically and mentally.
We will practice yoga and meditation in freshness and we will be surrounded by mountains and nature.
This will be a wonderful chance to improve your practice when you get back home.
We will be traveling in a small group (max 10 people). Whether you are new to yoga, or have a strong practice, I will adapt the classes to everyone in the group.
WELL-BEING
Towards the end of our trip, we will leave the mountains and come back to the hustles and bustles of the city. It will be time for us to relax entirely thanks to a sound bath with nepalese singing bowls. We will finally surrender and revive all our cells with an himalayan massage.
These will help to prepare ourselves to go back to the West.
HOLI FESTIVAL
Holi is the festival of colours in Nepal celebrated in “Fagu Purnima”- the full moon day. During this festival, people exchange different smear colour powders with their friends and family members while exchanging greetings, harmony, and happiness. The festival of colours will be held during our stay in Nepal! A fantastic opportunity to have fun with the colours and wish "Happy Holi"!
CULTURAL WONDERS
Kathmandu valley is also famous for its seven world heritage sites. We will visit the Buddhist stupa complexes of Boudhanath. The stupa represents a gigantic mandala, with a white dome on top where Buddha's eyes are watching the four directions. We will take a round with the pilgrims, and enjoy a tea or coffee from one of the top terrasse cafes.

Once you are ready to book, we will send you a form to get to know you better and prepare for your trip. We will request a 30% advance payment at booking, and full payment is required by the 4th of February.
