Yoga has always been a natural part of Dipesh’s life. Growing up in Nepal, he was surrounded by people practicing yoga as a way of living. What began as a childhood practice rooted in tradition gradually evolved into a deeper personal journey, one that would eventually shape his path as a teacher.

When Dipesh moved to London 15 years ago, yoga became even more central to his wellbeing. Far from the Himalayan landscapes of his youth, he found comfort and grounding on the mat. This shift inspired him to take his practice more seriously, exploring yoga not only as a physical discipline but as a way to live his life.

In 2017, Dipesh travelled to Mysore, India — the birthplace of Ashtanga yoga — to complete his teacher training. Immersed in the traditional method, he refined his understanding of breath-led movement, discipline, and the philosophy behind the practice. This experience strengthened his desire to share yoga in an authentic, accessible, and heartfelt way.

Today, Dipesh offers one-to-one and small group classes from our home studio in Acton, West London, as well as private sessions in the comfort of your own home. He adapts his teaching to your level, using Ashtanga and Vinyasa methods to create a supportive space where students can build strength, flexibility, and inner calm at their own pace.
