Sound Healing

In-Person Sound Healing Session with Nepalese Singing Bowls in West London

Discover the ancient practice of sound healing with the soothing, powerful vibrations of Nepalese singing bowls—a deeply meditative experience that invites stillness, clarity, and inner harmony.

Originating from the Himalayan region, these bowls are traditionally handcrafted from a blend of seven metals, each corresponding to the body’s energy centers, or chakras. When played, they produce rich, layered tones and subtle vibrations that travel through the body, gently releasing stress, tension, and emotional blockages.

During a sound bath, you’ll be surrounded by or have bowls placed directly on your body as they are played with intention. The sound waves help to realign your energetic field, encourage deep relaxation, and restore a sense of balance and peace from within.

Calm the nervous system

A sound bath is like a deep reset for the body and mind. One of the biggest benefits is the way it calms the nervous system. The steady, resonant tones help slow the heart rate and quiet the stress response, making it easier to drop into a state of deep rest that many people struggle to reach on their own.

Emotional release

The vibrations from instruments like Nepalese singing bowls, bells and gongs can loosen tension held in the body and bring buried feelings to the surface in a gentle, non‑verbal way. People often describe leaving a session feeling lighter, clearer, grounded and deeply relaxed..

Improved focus and mental clarity

As the mind settles and the usual mental chatter fades, it becomes easier to reconnect with intuition, creativity, and a sense of inner spaciousness. That clarity often lingers long after the session ends, making everyday interactions feel more intentional and calm.
